The basics of Pole Dance in 3 hours!
You never try Pole Dancing before? this is the perfect class for you!
We’ll introduce you to about 21 figures and basic dance steps on the pole as well as on the floor merged into an easy and fun choreography.
This is where you learn the Beginner choreography, all the basic grips that you need to keep practicing our favourite sport and discover a bunch of new muscles in your own body.
After this class, you can step in to the weekly POLE DANCE BEGINNER class at the studio.
You’ll need to build more strength and technique as well as your own dancing style before going to the “POLE DANCE LEVEL 1” classes.
Most of our students need 6-10 months to level up.
Preparation:
- Do not use body lotion or hand cream between your last shower and the class, unless you want to slide down the pole at every attempt!
(yes, the cream from yesterday evening is still on your skin the next day until you shower again) - Bring a water bottle and a little Snack to keep your energy up.
Outfit:
- Shorts (NO LEGGINGS! we need your bare knees on the pole during the class)
- Sports top – best is a sport bra with a tank top.
- Socks long or short, preferably with tack under (anti-Slip yoga socks).
- Towel to dry your hands and the pole.
