A new training location at Heumarkt starting from March 2025!

We are opening a new training room Cologne Pole Fitness @Heumarkt on the 6th of March 2025!

The classes in the new studio will take place from Monday to Friday.
There are morning classes, as well as afternoon and evening classes.
We are teaching there Burlesque, Twerking, Heels, Strength, Stretching, Hula Hoop and Pole Dance.

URBAN SPORTS CLUB MEMBERS:
We expect that soon you will be able to book your classes in your USC App at the Location:
Cologne Pole Fitness @Heumarkt.

If you have questions, contact us directly.

Make sure to double check the location when you book, as classes are running in the main studio as well and our teachers do not answer calls during class hours.

URBAN SPORTS CLUB

We are working together with USC since April 2016.

If you have a M/L/XL membership there, you can book most of our classes directly with your app.
Look for the active Cologne Pole Fitness locations in Cologne, they have different classes, trainers & schedule.

For Pole Classes, please visit first the trial class “Pole Dance Probestunde” in order to get you started or to check your level if you already did pole dance before.
Our teachers may refuse you in a class if you haven’t done the trial class before in our studio.

– IF YOU BOOK A SPACE THROUGH YOUR USC APP, YOU DO NOT NEED TO BOOK AGAIN WITH OUR BOOKING TOOL. IT’S ONE OR THE OTHER…

– WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR FINES FROM THE USC COMPANY.
IF YOU COME ON TIME AND SCAN THE QR CODE BEFORE CLASS, EVERYTHING SHOULD BE OK.
IF YOU CAN’T COME, PLEASE CANCEL THE SPACE IN YOUR APP EARLY ENOUGH TO AVOID FINES.

– YES YOU NEED TO DO THE TRIAL CLASS FOR ANY POLE CLASS IF YOU ARE NEW TO THE STUDIO.

– IN CASE OF A PROBLEM, PLEASE CONTACT THE USC CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOU ARE THEIR CUSTOMER.

– CURRENTLY the USC APP is NOT showing the new studio YET.
We already contacted them and are hoping for them to add this new location to their map very soon.

Then you can book normally your classes through our schedule.
