Workshop for beginners. Learn about 21 figures and basic dance steps on the pole as well as on the floor..

11 September : 15.00 -17.00 :Workshop Figuren Level 2 Improve yourself and learn how to climb, how to sit on the pole and hang head first and besides learn new spins.

The 1st Steps to invert facing or back to the pole, as well as new spins and combining them....

For Exotic & Latina Classes, you can bring a pair of high heels, for the other classes, Sport shoes & outfit are enough.
Please do not forget a big bottle of water and a snack to survive the full day of training...
