PoleFit is a weekly exercising class, including Fitness and aerobics and using a pole as a prop, we will work out following some routines which will start easy for beginners and get more and more athletic, the more you get strong yourself at your own rythme. The goal of Polefit is not necessarily to make acrobatic tricks but to build your muscle, lose weight if you need to, in brief, to resculpt your body. We will work on your abs, pectoral muscles, all the muscles of your back and legs. Let’s say only a few tiny parts of yourself will escape those exercice.
