Pole Fitness – What is it?
Pole Fitness or Pole Dance is a complete new phenomenon in Europe and the latest fitness craze sweeping the world. Even Celebrities tried it out, like Madonna, Kate Moss, Fergie, Pussycat Dolls, Dannii Minogue, and Pamela Anderson … |

 |
It combines fitness, gymnastic, dance and yoga.
It burns calories, builds muscles (I guarantee you’ll discover some unknown ones before the end of the 1st session), increases your flexibility and release your inner sensuality while having fun.

Pole Fitness is a fantastic way to keep fit with a total body work out from head to foot. It’s not only a sport but also helps feeling more self-confident, elegant, graceful and… why not? Sexy… That’s the extra spice to it: the sensuality of the movements comes from its Strip-tease origines.
No matter your age, weight, strentgh (or weakness) or condition, Pole Fitness is for every one to exercise alone or with friends, in a girly environment.
Of course, we do accept gentlemen in our classes but somehow they don’t seem to take the idea very seriously. Is spinning around a pole less appealing than running after a ball? Another male mystery…

Only warning, Pole Fitness is a truly addictive activity, it will take a few lessons to master the basic (with everyone at their own pace) but once you achieve the 1st figures, you’ll be craving for more, eventually having your own pole at home.
Want to give it a try?
